Anti Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam

 Upon hearing this tall claim, Anti-Ahmadiyya Movement issued a challenge to Mirza Tahir Ahmad in Al Fatwa No. 11 (Urdu) of August 95, that if this prophecy is fulfilled and Mirza Tahir Ahmad returns to Pakistan before April 96, i.e. AFTER 11 YEARS and NOT AFTER 12 YEARS, then we will accept him and his founder to be truthful. As usual, it was beyond Mirza Tahir's dignity to reply. We have just crossed the dead line but there is no end in sight to the self-imposed exile of Mirza Tahir Ahmad. Alas! Yet another prophecy of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani has turned out to be wrong, and Mirza Tahir's dream of returning to Pakistan remains unfulfilled. PRAISE BE TO ALLAH, the OMNIPOTENT.

Caricatures and Ahmadis

Some of them labeled it as a DEVILISH and DASTARDLY ACT, while others have taken them as an expression of my low mentality and a proof of illegitimate birth. Mirza Tahir Ahmed speaking on the occasion of 1994 Jalsa Salana in London, expressed his anger by calling me with various names like BAD-BAKHT, KHABEES and MANHOOS. Little do they know that Mirza Ghulam himself has used the same means of expression to vilify Dr Alexander Dowie, another false claimant of Prophethood from USA during the time of Mirza.

 Readers are reminded that from a Muslim point of view, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani, the Founder of Ahmadiyya Movement was a FALSE CLAIMANT of prophethood, messiahship and had committed blasphemies against the Holy Prophets - Syedna Muhammad, Jesus Christ and others (peace be upon them). As such he is an Apostate and Out of the fold of Islam. 100 years ago, Mirza Ghulam thought it fit to belittle the man, whom he considered a false claimant by drawing his cartoons and widely publicizing them. Ironically, today he is at the receiving end. No doubt, Mills of God grind slowly but they grind exceedingly small.
 
 

Mirza vs Dowie

 After Makkah Mukarramah and al-Madina al-Munawwara, Palestine (Jerusalem) is the most sacred place for Muslims. Except for a period between 1099-1187 AD, since the days of Hazrat Umer (ra) when Jews handed over the keys to the City of Jerusalem to him without lifting a sword, Palestine has been a part of the Muslim Empire. Jews and Christians had always wanted to take it away from the Muslims.

By the end of 19th century several Jewish national movements were active in Europe and America. On 29th August 1897 in Basle, Switzerland, International Zionist Congress approved the proposal of Theodore Herzel, an Austrian Jewish activist, of establishing a Zionist Government in Palestine. Since that day it became the aim of all Jewish National Movements to work for the establishment of the Zionist Rule in Palestine at any cost.

At that time Muslims were united under the Ottomans and Sultan Abdul Hameed was the Caliph. Between 1902-3Theodore Herzel met Sultan Abdul Hameed thrice. He tried to persuade The Caliph to sell Palestine to the Jews but in vain. Herzel realized that as long as Sultan Abdul Hameed is in power and Muslims are united under the Ottoman Caliphate, the dream of a Zionist Home in Palestine will never come true. By this time, British-Jewish collaboration had taken place to work for their mutual benefits. British wanted to disintegrate the Ottoman Caliphate and thus the Muslims Unity, and Jews wanted to establish a national home in Palestine, an integral part of the Muslim Empire. It was a unique opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. (The role played by Mirza Ghulam in the downfall of the Ottoman Caliphate is another story which will be related at sometime in future, InshaAllah.)

On the other hand in 1892, Dr. Alexander Dowie had established a new religion in US. He established a city called Zion and started settling Jews in it. In 1899 he claimed prophethood saying that according to the prophecy of Prophet Malachi in Old Testament, he is Prophet Ilyas, who will liberate the Jews and fulfill God's promise. As opposed to the scheme of a notional homeland in Palestine, he had his own reasons for settling the Jews in Zion. Various Zionist organizations therefore became hostile towards him. Again the British-Jewish union decided to play a double game. To mentally upset Dr. Dowie and to destroy his settlement of Zion, Britishers decided to use their Self-cultivated seedling, the so-called Prophet of Qadian.

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad started writing letters to him in which the labeled him a liar and the beliefs of Christianity as false. The purpose of these repeated insults was to irritate Dr. Dowie and disturb his mental peace. Mirza was very successful in it. His repeated insults provoke Dr. Dowie to issue insulting statements about Islam and derogatory remarks about the Holy Prophet of Islam (pbuh).

• "There is a stupid Mohammadi Messiah in India who writes to me repeatedly that the grave of Jesus Christ is in Kashmir; people ask me that why I don't reply about it, why I don't reply this man? What do you think that I would reply to the flies, mosquitoes? If I put my foot on them, I will crush them to death."

• "I pray to God that the day is dawned soon when Islam vanishes from the earth. Amen. Oh God may you destroy Islam."

• "Let it be clear that this man (Dowie) .....was a strong enemy of Islam and apart from this, he made a false claim to Prophethood and he used to consider Hazrat Muhammad Mustapha (pbuh) a lair and fabricator and due to his baseness he used to remember him with obscenities and filthy words... he was extreme enemy of our Holy Prophet (pbuh). I used to get his newspaper "News of Helling" an always used to get information about his vicious tongue. When his excesses reached a peak, I sent a letter to him and requested him for MUBAHILA so that God may kill the lair amongst the two of us in the life of truthful person. This request was sent to him twice i.e. in 1903 and was also printed in some renowned newspapers of America."

• "I wrote in this (Mubahila) that Dr. Dowie is a lair in his claim to prophethood and in his belief of Trinity. If he do the Mubahila with me, he will die in my lifetime with great misery and remorse and if he doesn't do mubahila, still he wouldn't escape the wrath of God."

• "I am nearly 70 years of age and Dowie as he says is a young man of 50, but I did not care of my old age .... and if even Dowie flees the Mubahila .... believe me that very soon a great catastrophe is going to befall Zion."

• "Sufferings afflicted every aspect of his life. He was proved to be dishonest....he turned out to be an alcoholic...... he was thrown out of his own settlement of Zion with great sorrow..... 7 million Rupees that was is his possession was confiscated; and his wife and his son became his enemy and his father gave advertisement that he (Dowie) was an illegitimate child.....every kind of humiliation was decreed for him and finally he was paralyzed. Then due to a amassing of miseries he became mad....and finally in the first week of March 1907 he died with great grief, pain and misery."

• "On Feb. 9th, 1907 I had an inspiration: 'You will dominate' and then on the same date I had this inspiration: '....you will get one more sign of happiness due to which you will have a great Win'....Dowie died so quickly after this prophecy that only 15 days had passed on announcing it and Dowie died."

• "Since my real job is to break the cross, thus by his death a big portion of cross is broken ....thus God killed him by my hands. I know that because of his death the prophecy of " killing the swine" is clearly fulfilled, since who can be more dangerous than the one who lay a claim to prophethood and like a pig ate the dung of lies ......thus I can swear that he by the same swine whose killing was foretold by the Holy Prophet that he will be killed at the hands of Promised Messiah."

CELEBRATIONS AT THE DEATH OF DR. DOWIE

• "Khan Sahib Abdul Hameed wrote to (Mirza) for permission to celebrate the great sign of Dowie. Hazrat Sb (Mirza ) gave permission and said that throwing such party is permissible to advertise the blessing."

ADVERTISING THE BLESSINGS OR A SHOW OF VANITY

After the death of Dowie, Mirza Ghulam publicized two caricatures of Dr. Dowie depicting his lifestyle before illness and his miserable state after his downfall in his book Haqeeqat-ul-Wahi. It is interesting to note that along side both caricatures, he had placed his own photograph, perhaps to impress, the public with his looks. Little did he know that some day someone will also portray his miserable end with cholera, the day which will come soon InshaAllah.

 

OUR QUESTION

I ask all qadianis/ahmadis, if drawing a caricature by us is a despicable act of meanness and a proof of our low mentality and illegitimate birth, what do similar acts by Mirza Ghulam, the so-called Prophet, Messiah, Mahdi act, prove?
