Dear Readers!
The translation of the first issue of AlFatwa in Urdu is in you hands. Qadianism/Ahmaidyyat today is posing a great threat to the world of Islam from with in. Pretendeing to be the champions of Islam, they are actively misguiding muslims into the abyss of hell. Mirza Ghulam Ahmad and his followers have been declared APOSTATES, DISBELIEVERS, & OUT OF THE FOLD OF ISLAM by All Muslims Scholars and the Entire Muslim Nation.

The general impression among the non-muslims and our secular-minded muslim brethren is that our opposition to Ahmadiyyat stems from religious intolerance. They fail to appreciate that apart from doctrinal difference, this clique is being used by the anti-Islamic forces as collaborators in the promotion of their political and economic interests thoughtout the muslim world. The new danger lies in the role wich Qadiani/Ahmadi leaders have started playing in the sphere of international politics by offering their clandestine services to anti-Muslim countries. Espionage is a very lucrative business and becomes much easier and safer when it is performed under the guise of Missionary Posts, whose incharges are invariably chosen from people belonging to a particular place!

The purpose of starting this Newsletter is to bring to the readers' knowledge the true personality of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani, founder of Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam, the so-called Promised Messiah and Mahdi and to expose the ugly face of the pious fraud of this movement in the name of Islam.

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian was very fond of giving advertisements in newspapers. He was using these facilities to propagate his heretical views, to advertise his books, to publish his prophecies and to scold his opponents and threatening them with divine punishments as revealed to him in his so-called inspirations/revelations. He abused his opponents to such an extent that the Court of Law had to take action against him!

COVENANT OF HUMILIATION:

"I Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani hereby swear upon God that IN FUTURE:-
 
* I will refrain from publishing any prophecy whose meaning is such that as if somebody (muslim, hindu or a christian) is going to be humiliated or he will recieve divine punishment.
* I will also refrain from making any such appeal to God that He should humiliate someone or to show such sing that he is afflicted with divine punishment, to reveal that who is truthful and who is liar in a religious debate.
* I will also refrain from punishing anything pretending it to be a revelation, whose purpose is to show as to who is going to be humiliated or is going to be afflicted with divine punishment.
* As far as is in my influence to follow the same path which I have pledged to take as mentioned above.

What kind of a Messiah/Mahdi/Prophet he was, who takes such a pledge which compromise his duties, if at all he was performing his duties???

What kind of a Muslim (let alone a divinely ordained person) he was, who had no respect for his own promises!!

RELIGIOUS EDICTS

Fatwa Alamgiri:

"If somebody does not keep this belief that Hazrat Mohammad PBUH, is The Last Prophet or says in persian that "I am a messenger" and he means that he converys the message, even then he becomes a Kafir" (Fatwa Hidiah vol 3 p.263)

Qazi Ayadh in AsShifa:

"Similarly anybody who says that someone can claim to be a Prophet with or after our Holy Prophet PBUH, or claims Prophet for himself or thinks that to get Prophethood is permitted or thinks that anyone can reach the status of Prophethood through the purity of heart......similarly anybody claims that he recieves revelation, even he does not clearly claims Prophethood, ALL SUCH PEOPLE ARE KAFIRS, because they are disbelieving the Holy Prophet PBUH, since HE has informed us that HE is the Final Prophet, and that there won't be any Prophet after him and that HE has been sent towards the whole mankind. Whole Ummah is United in this stand. According to Holy Quran, Sunnah and Ajma'a (Unaimity of Ummah), the KUFR of such persons(false claimants) is absolute."
"Anyone who is against this consensus (Ajma'a) upon the Kufr of claimant of Prophethood, he is also a Kafir."

Ahmed Raza Khan:

"Qadianis are Apostate and Hypocrite. Apostate & Hypocrite is a person who though recites the Kalima, considers himself a Muslim, and then Blasphemes Allah, Prophet, PBUH, or any other Prophet or reject any of the tenets of religion. Prayers behind a Qadiani Imam are invalid. It is prohibited to give Zakat to a Qadiani. Qadianis are apostates, their saughtered animals are Absolutly Haram. If muslims do a social boycott of oppressed and consider it (boycott) an act of oppression, he is also out of the fold of Islam. (Ahkam-e-Shariat Vol 1 pp.112, 128, 139, 177)
 

Resolution of Rabita Alam-e-Islami:

In 1974 religious scholars from 144 Muslim Countries convened in Makkah and passed a Unanimous Resolution, declaring Qadianis/Ahmadis as Kafirs thereby excommunicating them from the Islamic fold. (Resolution of Rabta Alam-e-Islam)
 

Decision of the National Assembly of Pakistan:

AlHamdolillah! The purpose of creation of Pakistan was fulfilled that day when Islamic Republic of Pakistan took the lead amongst the Muslim Nations. On 7th Sep 1974 after deliberations for 6 months and giving Qadiani leadership full freedom of speech in the Parliament Floor to prove their case, finally the National Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan declared Qadianis/Ahmadis/Lahoris a non-muslim minority, and the Constitution of Pakistan was amended accordingly saying:

"Aperson who does not believe in the prophethood of Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) the Last of Prophets or claims to be a Prophet in any sense of the word or os any description whatsoever after Holy Prophet (PBUH) or recognises such a claimant as a Prophet, is not a muslim for the purposes of the Constitution or Law."

Mirza Qadiani's Verdict

"Torah & Quran has designated PROPHECIES as the only big froof of Prophethood." (Roohani Khazain vol 12 p.111)

"To judge my thruthfulness or lies, there is no better test than my prophecies." (Roohani Khazain vol 15 p. 288)

"It is not possible that the prophecies of Prophets are delayed." (Roohani Kahzain vol 19 p. 5)

"To turn out a liar in his own prophecy is biggest digrace of all disgraces." (Roohani Khazain vol 15 p. 382)

1. "BIKR WA THAYEB - It is God 's intention that he will bring two ladies in my wedlock. One will be virgin and the other widow. Therefore this inspiration that is related to BIKR (VIRGIN), it has been fulfilled and presently by the grace of God I have four sons from this wife. I am still waiting for the fulfilment of the inspiration regarding WIDOW." (Roohani Khazain vol 15 p. 201)

2. MARRIGE WITH MOHAMMADI BEGUM: At first Mirza Saheb wanted to marry the lady according to "Divine Revelation" but she and her father refused and arrange her marriage with someone else. So Mirza Sb recieved another "Divine Revelation" whereby the lady will come into her wedlock by hook or by crook! Full details to be found here.

 He Said:
"In my prophecy there are not one but six assertions:

• I will be alive till the time of my marriage to her;
• Till the time of marrage the girl's father will be definitely alive;
• After marriage the death of her father within 3 years;
• the death of husband within two and a half years;
• Till I marry that girl, I must remain alive;
• & finally after becoming a Widow despite all oppsition she sill

come into my matrimony.

3. "I will die in Makkah or Madina." (Tadhkirah)

Some more examples of the KUFR of Mirza qadiani:

"God's words descended upon me so much that if it is gathered it will make 20 books." (Roohani Khazain vol 22 p. 407)

"O Mirza your are from me like my son." (Tazkirah p. 142)

"The basis of my claims is not Hadith (of Holy Prophet PBUH) but Quran and Revelation which comes to me. Yes, in support, we present those Hadiths who are in accordance with Holy Quran and which do not contradict my Revelations. AND OTHER HADITHS WE THROW THEM LIKE WASTE PAPER."(Roohani Khazain vol 19 140 )

"Holy Prophet (PBHU) did not understand the correct meaning of Surah Al-Zilzal." (Roohani Khazain vol 3 p. 166)

"The correct meaning of Quran were revealed to me." (Roohani Khazain vol 17 p. 454)
