CAN AHMADIS ANSWER ?

by Illias Sattar

MORE CONTRADICTIONS

I WISH MIRZA GHULAM AHMAD SAHIB WAS ALIVE

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Sahib had at least one good quality: He did not run away from arguments. I only wish he was alive today so I could point out these contradictions and put my questions to him. Today his followers, including the present Khalifa Mirza Tahir Ahmad and all Qadianis/Ahmadis, do not take part in discussions any more. They run away like deer runs away from lion. The ONLY MAN who might have been bold enough to stand up and face these arguments and possibly renounce his false claim would have been Mirza Ghulam Ahmad himself. However let us try to do what we can in his absence. Some day some Ahmadis may finally see the light.

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian claimed to be Imam Mahdi and Promised Messiah, Two in One. It is an accepted Muslim Doctrine that Hazrat Isa (Jesus) pbuh will descend from Heavens and will help Imam Mahdi in the propagation of Islam and fill the world with Justice. When people asked Mirza Ghulam about Jesus son of Mary, Mirza Saheb replied that Jesus will not descend from heavens because he never went to heavens; rather he went to Kashmir where he died at the age of 120. To prove his point, he wrote a book called 'Messiah in India (Maseeh in Hindustan)'.

Quran says celibacy not prescribed in Christianity, BUT Mirza Sahib says the opposite:

In the same book, Mirza Ghulam tried to make his reader believe that many of the things mentioned in 'INJEEL' are also mentioned in the Buddhist literature. From this he concludes that Hazrat Isa pbuh came to India and preached the same doctrines which he had taught to Christians. Buddhists accepted his preachings, wrote them in their books and ascribed them to Buddha.

Mirza Saheb says:

On the other hand Holy Quran says (57:27) that monasticism was invented by Christians. Monasticism includes all ways of detaching oneself from mankind, specially state of celibacy : But contrary to this verse, Mirza Sahib says that Hazrat Isa (pbuh) preached the doctrine of Chastity and Celibacy. Who is to be believed? Holy Quran or the word of Mirza Ghulam?

Hazrat Isa pbuh - Prophet for Bani Israel or Prophet for Buddhists?

Allah had sent Hazrat Isa (pbuh) to guide the Children of Israel BUT Mirza Sahib sent Him to the followers of Buddha. Majority of the followers of Buddha were non-Israelites. Mirza Sahib says that Buddha got Ilham from Allah (Divine Revelation) to forecast the coming of Hazrat Isa (PBUH) 500 years later to give new life to Buddhism. How could Hazrat Isa (pbuh ) go to preach among non-Bani Israel on the basis of divine revelation of Buddha? Is this not AGAINST OUR AND YOUR FAITH which states that Hazrat Isa (PBUH) was sent to Bani Israel only? To further clarify that Hazrat Isa (pbuh) went to all Buddhists whether they were Israelites or not, Mirza Sahib quotes Buddha as saying that Hazrat Isa (pbuh) will come from outside to the land of Prophecy, Magadh, in which the people were dark. And Buddha himself was dark. And SINCE ALL THE BUDDHISTS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS PROPHECY, COMMON SENSE SAYS THAT NON ISRAELITES ARE ALSO INCLUDED, SINCE ALL BUDDHISTS WERE NOT ISRAELITES.

Another Hypocricy of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad

A very interesting point to note is that when Mirza Sahib speaks of Hazrat Isa (pbuh) he says peace be upon him, BUT IN THE VERY SAME SENTENCE he forgets to says peace be upon Buddha. Reason? Probably Mirza Sahib himself did not believe deep down in his heart that Buddha was a messenger as well like Hazrat Isa(pbuh) :

Gospel of Barnabas and Mirza Ghulam Ahmad's Ignorance

Gospel of Barnabas is widely available. Although it is not included in the New Testament but it is undoubtedly an ancient book. During the last 1600 years it had been anathematized and then later forced out of circulation for its alleged heresy. This Gospel contains statements which contradict modern day Christian beliefs. For example it is stated that Jesus was neither crucified, nor did he die on the Cross. Barnabas was an Apostle of Jesus Christ.

Mirza Sahib says:

PERHAPS MIRZA SAHIB DID NOT READ THE GOSPEL OF BARNABAS HIMSELF, for in the Bible of Barnabas it is clearly mentioned that Hazrat Muhammad (SAAW) will be the last Prophet, and only false Prophets will come after him. Please see the following extract from the Bible of Barnabas: Mirza Sahib admits that the Gospel of Barnabas is an ancient historical document, written at the same time as other Gospels. He presents one of its statements to support his claim. But what he didn't know was that it not only mentions the coming of Hazrat Muhammad (SAAW) but also the finality of his Prophethood or did he? If he had, what right did Mirza Ghulam has to claim that he is a Prophet? Why did he take one statement as a proof and ignored the other one. Perhaps he had never read the Gospel!

Is Adam (pbuh) still alive? Did Mirza Saheb die at the age of 30?

Mirza Basheeruddin Mehmood, son of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad and the 2nd Khalifa of Qadian, wrote a book called Da'awat-ul-Ameer (Invitation of Ameer). Following is a quotation from this book. Now in the light of above statement, if what Mirza Basheer has written is true then let us very quickly calculate the age of some Prophets. Although there have been 124,000 of them, we will just take a few famous ones. We come to the following conclusion:- Based on this formula, some of the future prophets ( if at all there are some, and there should be at least three of them if you accept the Qadiani interpretation of the verse of KhatmeNabuwwat) will have following ages: So according to the extract on page 5 taken from "Invitation to Ahmadiyyat" Hazrat Adam (mph) should have lived upto 122880 years. which means that he is still alive. In fact even Hazrat Shees, Nuh, Ibrahim and Ismail (pt) should all be alive now. FURTHER, if Mirza Sahib is a prophet, he should have died at the age of 30 only, that is half the age of the previous Prophet. Did Mirza Sahib become Prophet after his death? Still more interesting, if Prophets will continue to come, then just a few Prophets down the line we would be having one who is a NEWBORN!! This statement of the Holy Prophet (SAAW), if at all authentic, clearly means that there will no Prophet after Hazrat Mohammad (SAW) because the next Prophet will have to die at the age of 30 and the next at 15 which means he will not even be an adult.

Lo! herein is indeed a lesson for those who see. (alQuran 24:44)
